About the intensive in brief
How it goes:
We know that adults learn best from their own experience. — During the intensive period from December 07 to 10, you will be part of different groups in which you will live your personal experience here and now, exploring yourself from the inside and in interpersonal interaction. Throughout the intensive, you will be part of small and large groups
Small groups symbolically and unconsciously represent the family for us, as the primary matrix of any small groups. In small groups, you will have the opportunity to explore your ways of interacting at home, at work, and in any other small group. You will be able to realize what roles you take on in such groups, how you feel and how you act, what you are afraid of and what you need, and you will also have the opportunity to start changing the way you build these relationships here and now
Large groups symbolically and unconsciously represent the society as a whole and our relationship with the world as such. In large groups, you will have the opportunity to explore:
- how much you trust the world and feel confident in it;
- do you have a place in this world;
- why did you come to this world and what is your mission here?
- how much you trust the world and feel confident in it;

In general, the intensive is a unique opportunity to explore yourself closely, going into your depths, realizing your dark sides, hidden needs and desires, and those obstacles that stand in your way. It is an automatic defence reaction and its goal is to avoid future pain.
But alas, a closed heart is also avoiding contact, any contact. So, because of our traumatic event, we might find ourselves with no meaningful contacts at all. In this Intensive, we decided to focus on this phenomenon. Not in order to sink in agony, on the contrary. We will experience how to use this huge amount of energy for thriving, developing, and learning about ourselves. You will experience how to concur your fears from being hurt again and engage in as many new relations as you want.
